MyVoyce is the employee interaction platform. It is the 100% anonymous, always-available employee app that collects ideas, observations and concerns from employees for prioritization and delivery to the Lyssin dashboard.

Fear of repercussion discourages open sharing by many employees (in fact, 61% of employees withhold sharing due to fear of retaliation). Lyssin creates a secure space for employees to express ideas without fear or mistrust, overcoming the limitations of email and other legacy feedback methods such as town halls and the “open door” policy.

Management layers often filter, or even outright block, the upstream flow of valuable Business Intelligence. We are not saying that needs to become the ONLY way employees share their critical insights. But It is a much better channel to ensure the direct communication of ideas, observations, and concerns straight to business leadership.

Unlike every other employee listening tool, Lyssin doesn’t require any work-related credentials for access. Employees can log in with unique, protected personal identifiers parsed and managed through our fully independent, third party MyVoyce servers. This establishes an insulated layer that ensures shared insights are completely anonymous and untraceable by company IT.

The decision for an employee to reveal their identity is entirely up to them. Lyssin users can send a “reveal request” to the employee’s MyVoyce dashboard via the unique ID of the submission. If the employee chooses to reply and reveal who they are, they can do so. If not, the identity of the employee remains anonymous.

During the onboarding process, we tailor the AI engine to fit your specific needs. Data points such as organizational objectives are enriched by strategic priority topics, enabling the system to dynamically capture and analyze the high-impact organizational focus areas that drive critical business priorities. At the same time, our algorithm carefully adjusts the scoring of less critical topics, ensuring that they don’t overshadow the most important insights driving your organization’s strategic objectives.

This depends on the permissions given to the Lyssin user, which is up to the organization of course. However, to ensure high engagement of the workforce, we urge access be limited to top executive users only. In this case, there may be more than one business leader user license in an organization, however there is no crossover in the employees that share their insights with that leader. Of course, an executive is free to share any insights or issues they choose.
